ReSource - Creating Church in the Emerging Culture

Are hosting a weekend on Transforming Communities.

The rapid pace of change in our culture has raised a number of questions for a church failing to grow or even sustain itself. In these surroundings many have heard the call to become missionaries at home. Fresh Expressions of church are emerging all over the place with different styles and theologies echoing and adapting to the assorted nature of our culture. There are new opportunities as well as profound challenges, renewed excitement and vision alongside the reality check of how hard it actually is to re-imagine church from the group up.

Leeds Friday 17^th April 11am - Sunday 19^th April 2.30pm

A weekend of training for those engaging with this journey including stories from community based projects, a chance to network with others, alternative worship as well as practical and theological teaching on; transformation, transforming communities, emerging leadership and developing others.

Teaching with Andrew Grinnell (Salvation Army), Simon Hall (Oasis), Allan Cox (New Communities Network).

The weekend runs from 11am Friday to 2.30pm Sunday. Cost is £150 per person not including accommodation although this can be arranged for you (estimated cost £80 for a single room, £40 to share). To book a place or make an enquiry please contact us.
